The following items are required from Marketing upon confirmation of booking:

  • Key Art as a layered .eps file
  • Exact show title for marketing purposes
  • Tagline to accompany show title (if applicable)
  • Longform bios of each performing artist (and key members of creative team, if applicable)
  • Bio of 50 words or less for each performing artist whom we are contractually obligated to include in our house program
  • Document outlining any show/artist requirements regarding other information to include in our house program
  • Longform marketing copy to describe the performance
  • Shortform marketing copy to describe the performance (100 words or less)
  • 4-8 photographs of the artist/show (preferable photography of the artist in performance)
  • Up to 8 URL links to videos approved for local promotional use (both organic and paid placements; request that links be either YouTube or Vimeo uploads)
  • B-roll of performance that we may supply to media outlets to use for listings or other advance coverage
  • :30 and :15 TV spots (not localized) if available, both in 16:9 ratio for broadcast and 1080×1080 ratio for social media
  • :30 and :60 radio spots (not localized) if available; if produced spot does not exist, a recommended script is appreciated
  • Any pre-created social media posts designed for our localizing to highlight the engagement
  • If available, please share the following most common digital advertising units that we may localize for our dates: 300×250, 728×91, 160×600, 320×50, and 300×600
  • A current tour roster showing where/when artist is performing prior to their McCallum Theatre dates (or a link to an outline roster)

PR Support: Artist(s) agree(s) to do local press interviews to support ticket sales if, when we are 45 days out from first performance, sales have not reached the following levels: Less than 80%: 1 interview | Less than 70%: 2 interviews Less than 60%: 3 interviews.

Digital Media Integration: If artist/show has a Meta Portfolio (formerly know as Business Manager) account, a representative will add the following Business Manager ID for McCallum Theatre: 191185014838378. If artist/show does NOT have a Meta Portfolio, on the Facebook business page, please add leannemcneil@gmail.com with Task Access for ads insights.

BandsInTown: If artist(s) currently do NOT have a BandsInTown account, please consider creating one (it’s free!) so that we have the ability to activate localized marketing for engagement.

Promotion: Presenter may at its sole discretion utilize up to 10 pairs (20 tickets) to use for giveaway promotions designed to uplift awareness and drive interest with the general public.
