Box Office Policies
- Ticket Information – You can order tickets online 24/7. Just to to McCallumTheatre.org. The McCallum Theatre sells all tickets at face value. Be sure you go to McCallumTheatre.org and not to a ticket reseller. Ticket resellers often have inflated prices.
- All sales FINAL – Refunds are issued only if a performance is cancelled.
- Service Fees – A per ticket service fee is added to the advertised price of every ticket, regardless of where you purchase or what form of payment you use. This fee is subject to change at any time.
- Reselling of tickets – The reselling of tickets is strictly against our policies. The McCallum Theatre reserves the right to void all tickets suspected of being purchased for or offered for resale purchases. Service fees will not be returned. Reselling tickets to anyone at above face value may result in your future tickets being voided and you losing ticket buying privileges.
- Lost tickets – Treat your tickets like cash. Lost tickets may only be reprinted within one hour of show time. To request replacement tickets, please come to the box office in person with required photo ID. The theatre is not responsible for tickets lost in the mail.
- Print-At-Home tickets – Even if only printed to your screen, cannot be exchanged. If you are unsure of the dates of your performances, please choose to have your tickets mailed to you or available at will-call.
- Can’t Make The Performance? – If you can’t attend the performance you booked, consider donating your tickets. To arrange a donation, please call the box office at (760) 340-2787 at least 48 hours prior to the performance.
- Things Can Change – All artists, shows, dates, performance times and ticket prices are subject to change.
Third-Party Ticket Brokers
The McCallum Theatre is not associated with any third-party ticket sellers. We only sell tickets at the prices advertised in our season brochure. BUYER BEWARE: Tickets purchased from any source other than the McCallum Theatre may not be valid, and third-party re-sellers have been known to sell the same seat to multiple parties, or to issue bogus tickets. In the instance of a show cancellation, only those who have purchased directly from the McCallum Theatre can be issued refunds. Never use Google or other search engines to type in the name of the Theatre, as unauthorized ticket re-sellers often appear above the official theatre website. Instead, type in our website – www.McCallumTheatre.org – to access the ONLY official website to purchase our tickets.
